General Terms and Conditions of Purchase for Granitor Electro AB

1. Introduction These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase ("Terms") apply to the purchase of goods and services from Granitor Electro AB ("Granitor"), company registration number 556436-3595, via the website absshop.se or direct contact with the company. The terms and conditions therefore apply to Angeno's sales, installation, service and support of plastic card and entrance security solutions, as well as all other products and services offered.

2. Order and Order Confirmation Orders for products and services can be made via Angeno's webshop (absshop.se) or via direct contact with Granitor. An order is considered binding when Granitor has sent an order confirmation to the customer.

3. Prices and Payment Prices are stated on the website granitorbutik.se and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Granitor reserves the right to adjust prices based on market changes and cost changes that are beyond Granitor's control. Payment is made through the payment options offered on the website or as agreed upon when ordering directly.

4. Delivery Delivery of products and services is made according to the delivery terms stated in the order confirmation. Granitor is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Granitor's control.

5. Right of withdrawal and Returns The customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the return cost.

6. Warranty and Complaints Granitor provides a warranty for sold goods in accordance with applicable legislation and the manufacturers' warranty terms. Complaints about a faulty product or service must be notified to Granitor as soon as possible after the fault is discovered.

7. Limitation of liability Granitor is not responsible for indirect damage that may arise as a result of the use of products or services. Granitor's liability is limited to the direct damages and to the price paid by the customer for the product or service in question.

8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall primarily be resolved through consultation between the parties. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law at the Stockholm District Court.

9. Amendment of Terms Granitor reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version is always available on the website granitorbutik.se.
