Delivery information for Granitor Electro AB's Webshop (granitorbutik.se)

Welcome to our delivery information page! Here we explain the different delivery options you can choose from when shopping with us at granitorbutik.se. We strive to offer flexible and reliable delivery services for all our customers.

Delivery options:

1. Standard delivery to Business:

Delivery takes place within 1-2 working days to business addresses within Sweden.
For addresses in remote areas, the delivery time may be longer.
Packages up to 35 kg are delivered directly to your specified business address during office hours (07:00-17:00).
Please note: No delivery notification is made before delivery.
2. Express delivery:

Available for the Stockholm area by courier.
3. Delivery to Agent:

Sent to your nearest DHL agent within 1-2 working days.
Notification is made via SMS, email or letter when the package is ready for collection.
4. Home Delivery:

A flexible option where you choose the delivery date and time window via DHL services.
Notification is via SMS or email.
Packages are received in person between 07-17.
5. Electronic Delivery:

For downloadable products and licenses, delivery is made electronically via email.
Download links can be sent within 30 minutes of purchase.
Licenses are sent within 24 hours to 5 days, depending on product type.
6. Pallet Delivery to Companies:

For larger shipments over 35 kg or bulky goods.
Delivered to street address or loading dock at specified company address.
One delivery attempt is included. In case of absence, contact DHL for a new delivery attempt or pickup.
A new delivery attempt will incur a cost from DHL.
Delivery to Foreign Countries:

For deliveries outside Sweden, please contact our customer service at info@granitorbutik.se for information about possibilities and costs.
